FP512 Double Lanyard With Shock Absorber

Designed for suspension, positioning, and restraint work, the FP-512 features high-strength synthetic webbing and a built-in energy absorber to minimize fall impact and enhance user safety.

Why Choose It:

• Twin large hooks for quick, secure connection

• Integrated shock absorber reduces impact force during a fall

• Contrasting stitching for easy wear inspection

• Complies with GB6095-2009 and EN361-2002 standards

Attention:

1. Service Life

The estimated service life of the safety harness is 5 years. However, performance may be reduced by improper storage or use, exposure to chemicals (acids or alkalis), deformation, fall arrest impact, or heat exposure above 60°C.

2. Anchor Point Check

Ensure the anchor point provides a minimum tensile strength of 10 kN, is positioned above the user, and within the working range (maximum deviation ±30°). It must be compatible with the equipment and free from sharp or cutting edges.

3. Cleaning & Storage

Clean the harness with water and neutral soap only. Do not use acids, solvents, or chemical cleaners. Allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources. Store in a dry, cool, and UV-protected environment, away from corrosive gases.

4. Safety Hook Inspection

Before each use, check for deformation, wear, or damage, and ensure the locking system functions properly. If the hook has been subjected to a fall, it must be removed from service and inspected before reuse.
